Swapping your device (Voip Plans)

For customers using our Premium cellular voice SIM cards

If you decide you'd like to change the phone you're using -- perhaps your current phone is broken, or you simply want an upgrade -- you'll still be able to keep your phone number and account.

 

I want to use a different GSM Unlocked phone with my SIM card

When it comes to our LTE SIM cards, your phone number is attached to the SIM instead of your account. Therefore, all you have to do if you'd like to use a new phone is to take the SIM out of your old phone, and put it into your new one.

Make sure to configure APN Settings on your new phone after switching.

 

I want to buy a different UNREAL Mobile phone to use with my account

If you'd like to purchase a phone from UNREAL Mobile and keep the same SIM card/account, complete the following steps:

Step 1: Purchase a phone from https://www.unrealmobile.com/shop/iphone under a new email address. This phone will come with a SIM card and plan. 

Step 2: After the phone arrives, contact customer service to have the SIM card's plan applied to the current SIM card that you're using. 

Step 3: Put your current SIM card, into your new phone.

For customers using our older, Standard SIM cards

I want to buy an UNREAL Mobile phone to use with my account

We encourage you to complete the migration process, and upgrade to the new SIM card we sent you. Read this to understand how to complete the migration. If you haven't received your SIM card yet, contact our customer support team by calling 1-310-807-6388. Visit http://www.unrealmobile.com/contact-us.

If you'd like to purchase a phone from UNREAL Mobile but keep the same account, you can complete the following steps:

 

Step 1: Purchase a phone from http://www.unrealmobile.com/shop. You will need to register for a new online account. 

Step 2: When it arrives, insert your SIM card into the new device and download the UNREAL Mobile application.

Note: When you upgrade to the new SIM, you don't need this app for calling or texting and you'll be able to take advantage of other advance calling features, like WiFi calling and VoLTE.
