How to pay your bill & update your payment method (Voip Plans)

This information applies to Premium SIMs

Making a payment

When you sign up for service, you will automatically be charged for your calling plan. The payment will be deducted from the credit card or debit card account you used when activating your eSIM or SIM Card. 

If you did not enter any billing or payment information during activation (for example, your plan was pre-paid) you must renew your account when your billing cycle ends manually, by logging in at If you allow your billing cycle to end without payment, your service may lapse (Closed status) and your number may expire.


To renew your account manually

Step 1:  Log in at

Step 2: Select the phone line you'd like to submit payment for.


Step 4: Select "SUBSCRIBE".

Step 5: Complete Checkout.

Step 3: Click select BUY MORE to change your plan. 

Step 4: Select "PAY MY BILL".

Step 5: Complete checkout. 

PLEASE NOTE:  If you want to upgrade your plan, you'll lose your remaining minutes, messages and LTE balances. Make sure to refill or upgrade your plan towards the end of your billing cycle. Enable Recurring Payments to avoid inconveniences. 

Updating Payment 

To update the credit card or debit card account that is on your online UNREAL Mobile account, log into

Click on the line you'd like to manage, and then click on UPDATE PAYMENT. 

This only applies if you have an automatic subscription. If instead, you make payments manually, your billing information will be entered each time you submit payment and you can use whichever credit or debit card you'd like.

Paying your bill

UNREAL Mobile is a paperless company. When your billing cycle renews, the credit card on file will automatically be charged for any prepaid monthly data plan or added service that your account is signed up for.

You really don't have to do anything, we'll do all the work for you. You can check out the day your cycle renews on your home account page under the usage bar.


Can I use my account credit to pay my bill?

Currently, we're not able to use any available account balance for payment on monthly costs. It's used simply to add additional high speed (LTE) data to your account.

However, any Subscription Credit that has been applied to your account, will be used to cover your monthly plan charges.


Updating payment

Step 1: Log into your account at

Step 2: Click on the Billing tab, from the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Step 3: Click on Update Billing Information.

From here, you can update the credit card, debit card, or PayPal account on file. Any charges for your plan, services, or data usage will be deducted from this method of payments.
