It's easy! Visit unrealmobile.com/activate and enter your SIM card number. Then, log in using the account you created during the SIM card order process.
First, select a phone number
IMPORTANT: If you wish to bring your current phone number to UNREAL Mobile, be sure to choose the option to Keep Number and fill in all required fields. It is important to be 100% accurate with your porting information. If incorrect information is provided, it can cause delays to the transfer. If you wish to get a new UNREAL Mobile phone number, your Service Zip Code will be used to generate your area code and phone number
If you are porting in your existing number, please wait until the number transfer is completed before following these steps. You can view the status of your number transfer by logging in to your UNREALMobile.com account at http://unrealmobile.com/my-lines.
If all the information that you provide is accepted by your old service provider the port in process can take from just a few minutes to a few hours. However, porting in a landline number can take about 14 working days.
Note: Prepaid wireless accounts all have Account Numbers and Passwords, even if you don't know them. If in doubt, please contact your current wireless provider and request your Account Number and Password to ensure a smooth port-in process.
Are you coming from VoIP?
Make sure to contact us and cancel your old, VoIP Standard SIM account. If you decided to transfer your phone number from your old account to your new, Premium SIM card, wait until the phone number transfer is complete.
NOTE: It's important to cancel your old account to avoid service charges.

Finally, make sure internet is working
Once your device has powered on, you will receive a message to complete your automatic APN setup. Follow the quick and easy steps to confirm set up and start using your new UNREAL Mobile service!
