Why is my account suspended?

There are a couple of reasons your account may be suspended. Usually, your line needs to be renewed or there was a problem with your payment details. 

Your renewal failed

If we try to charge you for your plan renewal, but the charge does not go through, your account will enter an Expired status. You can put a new method of payment on file by going to unrealmobile.com/my-lines and clicking on the affected line. Click, 'Manage Plan', and then 'Pay My Bill'.

If your account remains in Expired status for a long time, you are at risk of further account problems so resolve the status soon.
