Why did you charge me? (Voip Plans)

This content applies to both Premium cellular SIM cards and older, Standard SIMs. 

There are a few reasons you may have incurred a charge from UNREAL Mobile. Review the following information to learn about our different charges and payment types. 

 

Paying your bill

UNREAL Mobile is a paperless company. When your billing cycle renews, the credit card on file will automatically be charged for any monthly data plan or added service that your account is signed up for. You don't have to do anything, we'll do all the work for you. You can see the day your billing cycle renews, by logging into your online account.

You've Placed an Order

If you have placed an order for a device or SIM, you will incur a charge. This involves going through our order process and entering your payment information on our checkout page. You will receive an email receipt with your device, detailing your total cost and any plans and services you have signed up for.
