What happens if I miss a payment?

For customers using our Premium cellular voice service

If you miss an automatic renewal payment your account will go into a SUSPENSION status. Not to worry, simply:

Step 1 - login at unrealmobile.com/my-lines

Step 2 - select BUY MORE  

Step 3 - PAY MY BILL to renew your plan.

 

NOTE: If you do not renew your plan after 30 days, you risk the chance of your account being completely CANCELED and losing your number. You may reference our Terms and Conditions for more information.
