If you miss an automatic renewal payment your account will go into an expired status. Not to worry. To resolve it, complete the following steps:
Step 1: Login at unrealmobile.com/my-lines
Step 2: Select Manage Plan.
Step 3: Click Pay My Bill.
Step 4: Submit payment for your outstanding bill.
It can take up to 15 minutes for your account to process the payment and update your line to resume service.
NOTE: If you do not renew your plan after 30 days, you risk the chance of your account being completely CANCELED and losing your number. You may reference our Terms and Conditions for more information.
