Using the Ad Block Service (Voip Plans)

For customers using our Premium cellular voice SIM cards

The Ad Block service is not supported on Premium SIM cards.

 

For customers using our older, Standard SIM cards

What is Ad Block?

Setting up Ad-Blocking on your phone is easy. Keep in mind, the service is only compatible with Android phones running KitKat 4.4.3+. If you signed up with a 5GB or 10GB plan, Ad-Block will be available to you for free. If you instead have a 1GB or 2GB data plan, Ad-Block is available for a monthly fee.

Grant UNREAL Mobile app permission

Tap on the UNREAL Mobile application to begin. If you are unable to sign in to the UNREAL Mobile application, to start using AdBlock, make sure you have granted the UNREAL application its needed permissions.

If the app doesn't ask you for permissions, kindly enable them manually, by going into Settings --> Apps --> Select the UNREAL app --> Permissions and make sure to Switch ON all the categories. Now restart your phone and you will be able to access the UNREAL Mobile application.

Turning Ad-Block on

First, you will need to open the UNREAL app and log in with your email and password. If you do not have the app already installed, visit the Play Store and search for "UNREAL Mobile". Tap INSTAL to download the application, then OPEN to log into it.

Step 1: Scroll down to the Your Services section and select Manage Services

Step 2: Swipe left or tap to go to "Actions"

Step 3: Tap the box for "Ad-Blocker," then "Connect"

Step 4: Confirm the VPN connection by tapping "OK."

Step 5: Wait until the VPN is activated. This may take a few moments.

Step 6: Ad-Blocking should now be activated and ready for use.

 

Turning Ad-Block off

Step 1: Select the "Disconnect" icon and select "OK."

Step 2: Ad-Blocking should now be disabled
