Unlocking my UNREAL Mobile Device

This content applies to both Premium cellular SIM cards and older, Standard SIMs. 

If you've purchased a new device from UNREAL Mobile (www.unrealmobile.com) you may be eligible to unlock that device based on the following Unlocking Policy:

  1. Device has not been reported as lost or stolen and has not been involved with fraud.
  2. Device is not associated with a fraudulent account.
  3. Device has been active on a UNREAL Mobile plan for at least 360 days.
  4. UNREAL Mobile may, at its sole discretion, unlock devices upon request that may not meet the above qualifications.
