During activation, you can either transfer your existing number from another carrier or get a new one. Number transfers (port-ins) must be done during activation—this can’t be changed afterward.
Before transferring, make sure you have your old carrier’s account number, transfer PIN, and that their Port Out blocker is disabled.
To bring your number, visit unrealmobile.com/activate and choose the transfer option. Most transfers take a few minutes to a few hours, though landline ports may take up to 14 business days.
Incorrect account details can cause delays, so confirm your account number and transfer PIN with your old carrier.
