Refresh your account by logging into unrealmobile.com/my-lines. Select your line and then click the red refresh button, next to the phone number.
Please remember, you do not need to use the UNREAL Mobile app to manage your phone or account. If the app was previously installed, please remove it from your device. Note: Text (SMS and MMS) records will be removed when the application is uninstalled.
