I’ve already signed up, what do I need to do about these changes?
Nothing, your plan will automatically change to reflect the new minutes, text messages and data allotments at the end of your current monthly plan cycle. Your renewal price will not change.
Do any of these changes apply to Legacy customers?
These changes do not apply if you’re using the older, Standard (VoIP) SIM card. They only apply to Premium SIM cards. Interested in monthly plans, cellular voice service and unlimited International Calling? Click here to upgrade.
Can I switch to the new $10 plan?
If you are using one of our SIM cards, your service is running on the GSMA network. The new $10 plan is for GSMT. Please purchase a new SIM card for this plan by going to unrealmobile.com/plans.
Can I switch from the 3 month, 6 month, 12 month or 24 month renewal, to the monthly renewal?
Sure, log into your account at unrealmobile.com/my-lines and click on the line you’d like to make changes to. Then, select the new plan term you’re interested in. Please keep in mind, longer plan terms offer more savings.
What happened to the 8GB plan?
This plan is discontinued, however existing customers will not be moved to another plan tier. Instead, you can expect to receive the same renewal charge and the same minutes, text messages and data allotments for your plan.
If you change to another calling plan, the 8GB plan will no longer be available.
What happened to the 24 month plans?
The 24 month billing cycle has been discontinued, however you will not be moved to another renewal term. Your billing cycle will renew right on schedule and you can expect the same renewal charge for your plan.
If you change to another plan term, the 24 month renewal plan will no longer be available.
