How to configure APN (internet) settings

For iPhones:

Visit https://www.unrealmobile.com/configure to download the profile you need. You must be on a WiFi network. 

For Android phones: 

Step 1: Connect your phone to a WiFi network

Step 2: Open your Settings app and tap on Mobile Networks. (Some phones may require tapping "More" first.)

Step 3: Tap on the Access Point Names option. This is how your UNREAL Mobile phone will connect to the network.

Step 4: Tap the "+" symbol to add a custom APN. On some phones, you may see ADD instead of a "+" symbol.

Step 5: Enter the following details in the fields that show. Leave any others fields blank.

Name: UNREAL Mobile
APN: ERESELLER
Proxy: Not set
Port: Not set
Username: Not set
Password: Not set
Server: Not set
MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
MMS proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
MMS port: 80
MCC: 310
MNC: 410
Authentication Type: None
APN type: default,mms,supl
APN protocol IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified

This information applies to our older, Standard SIMs

The APN network address is fp.com.attz. If you are having trouble getting a connection using your GSM (SIM Card) product, complete the following steps.

For Android Phones: 

Step 1: Connect your phone to a WiFi network

Step 2: Open your Settings app and tap on Mobile Networks. (Some phones may require tapping "More" first.)

Step 3: Tap on the Access Point Names option. This is how your UNREAL Mobile phone will connect to the network.

Step 4: Tap the "+" symbol to add a custom APN. On some phones, you may see ADD instead of a "+" symbol.

Step 5: In the APN field, type in the new APN setting, "fp.com.attz". In the NAME field "UNREAL Mobile". Leave the other sections blank.

Step 6: Tap on Save and then go back to the previous menu. Tap on the newly added APN, to select it.

For iPhones

First, remove the old APN profile. What operating system is your phone running? If you have a brand spanking new iPhone, complete the steps in Section A. If your phone is running an older version of iOS, complete the steps in section B. 

Section A (newer iOS):

Step 1: Tap on your iPhone's Settings application

Step 2: Tap on Cellular or Mobile Data

Step 3: Tap on Cellular Data Options or Mobile Data Options

Step 4: Tap on Cellular Network or Mobile Data Network

Step 5: To change your settings, tap each field, and enter the following information. The settings will be saved automatically: 

Name Field: UNREAL Mobile

APN Field: fp.com.attz

Section B (older iOS):

Step 1: Tap on your iPhone's Settings application

Step 2: Tap on General 

Step 3: Scroll down until you see Profile, then tap on Profile. 

Step 4: Tap on the old UNREAL Mobile APN profile

Step 5: Tap on Remove Profile

Now that the old profile has been remove, you can add the new one. 

Step 1: Connect your phone to a WiFi network

Step 2: Open the Safari Application. You must use only the Safari app to complete these steps.

Step 3: Type in the website address unrealmobile.com/iosapn.

Step 4: Tap Create APN. You will be asked to allow the website to create a configuration profile. Click Allow to continue.

Step 5: Now go to your phone's Settings application and tap on Downloaded Profile (If you're using an older iPhone, running iOS version 11.4 or older, this step is not necessary. Skip to step 6).

Step 6: Tap on Install.
