First, complete activation and porting
Activate your eSIM or physical SIM card at unrealmobile.com/activate. Transferring over a phone number must be done during this process.
If you are porting in your existing number, please wait until the number transfer is finished before you complete any other steps. You can view the status of your number transfer by logging in to your UNREAL Mobile account at https://www.unrealmobile.com/my-lines.
Insert your SIM and wait for automatic APN setup
Next, insert your SIM card into a compatible phone and power on your device. Once your device has powered on, you will receive a message confirming that you are setup on the GSM network. Click here if you need help inserting your SIM card.
If you haven't received the setup text
If you have any problems with the automatic APN setup or you do not receive the message after inserting your SIM, please update your phone’s APN settings manually. Click here for help!
Setup your voicemail
After activation, you may want to setup your voicemail inbox. There are two methods available for managing your voicemail -- your traditional voicemail inbox, which you access by dialing a phone number and Visual Voicemail which you access using an application.
To get started with voicemail the old school way, open your phone's dialer and press and hold the number 1.
If you'd like to take advantage of Visual Voicemail, contact our customer service department and an agent will enable the service onto your account.
