There are a few reasons you may have incurred a charge from Unreal Mobile. Review the following information to learn about our different charges and payment types.
Paying your bill
Unreal Mobile is a paperless provider. At the end of each billing cycle, the credit or debit card on your account is automatically charged for your selected planโno action needed. You can view your renewal date anytime by logging into your Unreal Mobile account. Please note that your card is charged 2 days before your renewal date to ensure uninterrupted service.
If you turn off auto-pay:
You wonโt be charged automatically. Instead, youโll need to log in at the end of each billing cycle to make your payment. Be sure to submit payment before your cycle ends to avoid any service interruption.
You've Placed an Order
If you have placed an order for a device, plan, or add-on, you will incur a charge. This involves going through our order process and entering your payment information on our checkout page. You will receive an email receipt with your purchase.
