You will need the account number and transfer PIN number from your previous carrier to port a phone number into your Unreal Mobile account. The best way to get your account and PIN number for porting are to contact the customer service department for your previous carrier. This will get you the most accurate information. However, the information in this article may be able to help you.

Important! In addition to getting your account number and PIN, you'll need to disable your old carriers Port Out blocker. Make sure to contact them to ensure this is turned off. 

Below is a list of carriers you can typically port your number from (additional carriers are also supportedโ€”these are just the most popular ones), along with guidance on where to find your account number and transfer PIN.

Again, if your information is not listed below, or you have any trouble with the information provided, contact the customer service department for your previous carrier to get your account number and PIN.

  • Verizon - You can find your Verizon account number by logging into your My Verizon account online or through the app and going to "Account Overview," or by checking the top of a recent paper bill. Additionally, you can dial #PORT from your phone to receive a text with a link that will show your account number and transfer PIN after signing in.
  • T-Mobile - Your T-Mobile account number is located on your T-Mobile account or bill. Login to our online account to generate a transfer PIN. 
  • AT&T - You can find your AT&T account number on your monthly bill or in the online myAT&T portal. Go to your AT&T account profile and select Settings. Scroll to Transfer phone number and select Request new PIN
  • Boost Mobile - Contact their customer service to request your port out details. 
  • U.S. Cellular - Contact their customer service to request your port out details. 
  • Cricket Wireless - Dial *PORT/*PORTAR from your Cricket Wireless device or use the myCricket app to get your port out details. 
  • Visible - Online on in the Visible app, login and navigate to the Account or the Profile section. Tap Port Out PIN: request via email to request your port out details. 
  • Mint Mobile - Contact their customer service to request your port out details. 
  • MetroPCS - Contact their customer service to request your port out details. 
  • Credo - Contact their customer service to request your port out details. 
  • Google Fi - From the website or Google Fi app, login and go to the Account tab. Click Manage Plan. Click Leave Google Fi and select Transfer your number to another carrier
  • H2O Wireless - Contact their customer service to request your port out details. 
  • TracFone Wireless - On the website login to your account using your phone number. Under Customer Number, you'll find your account number. Request a transfer PIN by chatting with Tracfone support. 
  • Ultra Mobile - Contact their customer service to request your port out details. 
  • Consumer Cellular - Contact their customer service to request your port out details. 
  • Straight Talk - Contact their customer service to request your port out details. 

 

Unsupported Carriers

Unfortunately, you would not be able to port your phone number from any one of the following carriers: 

  • Google Voice
  • Page Plus
  • TextNow

Please consider getting a new phone number from UNREAL Mobile instead.
