      How to cancel your account or your order

      Can I reactivate my account?

      You can reactivate a canceled Unreal Mobile account within 30 days of cancellation. To do so, please contact one of our representatives and select a new plan.

      Need to disable auto-pay?

      To discontinue automatic payments, login to your account at unrealmobile.com/my-lines, select your line and click Manage Plan > Pay My Bill > then Cancel.
