# How to cancel your account or your order
If you need help, our support team is here for you.
- **Live Chat:** Connect with an agent any day, Monday–Sunday, from **8 AM to 5 PM PST**.
- **Phone:** Call us at **1-310-807-6388**, Monday–Friday, **8 AM to 5 PM PST**.
- **Email:** Reach us anytime at **support@unrealmobile.com** and a representative will follow up during business hours.
#### Can I reactivate my account?
You can reactivate a canceled Unreal Mobile account within 30 days of cancellation. To do so, please contact one of our representatives and select a new plan.
#### Need to disable auto-pay?
To discontinue automatic payments, login to your account at [unrealmobile.com/my-lines](http://unrealmobile.com/my-lines), select your line and click **Manage Plan** \> **Pay My Bill** \> then **Cancel**.
