Second time in a row that service is disconnected
CompletedThis is the second time in a row that around mid-month my service is disconnected for no apparent reason. I can't call or text and this is a huge problem when you only have one phone and your family depends on it. Last time, the folks at UNREAL were able to fix the issue almost immediately. This time, I keep waiting and waiting. How can we prevent this from happening again once and for all?
