Prior to account data renewal, my phone data/calls/texts get deactivated. I have enrolled in automatic payments, and have been current for 2 years. This always happens. When I call I get the message "You must make a payment to use your phone", but as I said I am always paid, as payments are automatic.
This time, my phone was deactivated 2 days before payment was due, and has not been reactivated 2 days after payment was made. The payment system is very broken and needs to be fixed. My payments are on time, as you schedule them -- not me.
