I purchased the SIM card with 3-month plan in Bestbuy one month before, but when it was time for a second month, the service was inactivate, with no cellulose data or any call/message. Have tried to reboot my phone or re-insert the card several times, nothing worked.
Also, the link for customer support is also useless, it shows a blank page.
Please contact me with email and fix it in time! I really need to use the phone recently!
