My account stopped working _AGAIN_ after it renewed
CompletedMy account stopped working _again_ after it renewed on November 12th. My account page says that my account is active, but I'm unable to use any data (internet, texting, etc.).
This is the 3rd time this year this has happened to me and migrating my account to whatever new system was supposed to fix it.
