I posted here earlier about having problems with my account at the end of the month. I had a ticket (14527) opened to fix it. They migrated my account to a new system, and I wasn't able to subscribe to the new account because of an error.
Monday morning, I got an email that this had been fixed and I could log in and subscribe and pay. However, I also immediately got an email saying my account had been canceled. When I log into the new account everything says "canceled" and I cannot pay or subscribe, and now my service is inactive; I'm unable to make any calls or send/receive messages.
Can I please have this fixed???
