I had purchased the services of two wireless wi fi Netgear Unite in Jan/Feb 2019. Despite my persistent efforts for the last one year, both these SIMS didn't work at all. Under the circumstances, I unnecessarily paid their subscription for two years. You are therefore requested to please cancel both the wi fi subscriptions with immediate effect. Right now I don't have the details of both these wi fi connections. SERVICES OF BOTH SIMS MAY PLEASE BE DISCONTINUED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. Further I am unable to access MY ACCOUNT, where I could have requested for CANCELLATION.
