I have two numbers. Both of them haven't been able to send or receive text messages since early December 2020. I am able to make out going calls, but I don't get incoming calls. It says my numbers are no longer in service when I call them from our home phone.
I logged a request (#11192) on December 30, 2020, but I have not got any response and today is January 28, 2021. It has been almost a month. This is unacceptable especially you still continue to charge me on my account.
