Following the instructions and entered the ICCID which validated correctly. However after I select the desired plan it keeps saying my profile information is missing even though I re-enter all of it (name, address etc.) and won't let me continue with purchasing the plan. Meanwhile I have been charged for the old VOIP plan even though that is supposedly not offered anymore.
Calls to customer service are terminated with a brief "Have a nice day" and no answer from a human being.
Does this company even exist anymore?
