I bought and paid for a 12-month LTE plan and a sim card. I got the sim Saturday and tried to activate it, but the web site said there was no plan. I texted Support, and they eventually said the same thing - I need to talk to the special Activation team in Tech Support. I've called several times a day since then, but either the call gets dropped (dial tone), or I talk to staff who say they'll transfer me to the Activation team and the line goes dead. I've been spending a HUGE amount of time waiting for somebody to answer, and then - nothing.
If I can cancel my purchase and get my money back, I think that would be the fastest way, but the people who eventually answer the phone tell me that going through the special Activation team will be better.
