I am still being billed and have had no phone service since the end of June. My phone asks me to log into GSMA for data, and says to make a payment to make a call.
I put in a ticket with you 12 days ago (!!!) and have received ZERO response. So I will be switching carriers because this is unacceptable.
But of course it doesn't end there, because when I go to view my port out info in my account page, it doesn't show me anything. So I can't even switch carriers.
