This appears to be an ongoing issue for more than just me. Since renewing my plan at the end of last month, My data, calls and texts were not working. So I've been without service almost a week now. I've chatted with Lizz and Camillo several times and tried the usual things, reenter apn info, reboot phone, etc. Promised that my ticket would be escalated and responded to but no response yet. Miraculously, after shutting my phone off and on this morning I actually have data working for now, but no texts and trying to make a call or still says 'not enough balance to make this call' or something to that effect. My payment has been made. This is pretty rough.
