My monthly payment processed at 4:26am on Saturday, May 30th, and suddenly I no longer have cell service. When I log in to check my account it says everything is ok, but the signal strength meter on my Android phone shows LTE with an X beside it, and I am prompted "Sign in to network: GSMA".
I've rebooted performed a carrier reset, rebooted my phone, re-seated my SIM card, and no changes.
I opened a ticket about this, but have yet to receive any response other than the one confirming my ticket was opened.
