I have had a problem with my account for about a month now. When I log into the account it does not show any usage information and I seem to be missing some features (no services tab, cannot select new number).
I have submitted two trouble tickets and both time the service representative could not fix the problem. The first ticket I was told they could not find any problem with my account. The second ticket I was told to fix the problem I would need to get a new sim and create a new account then delete the account with the problem.
