    We apologize for our delayed response. It is our understanding you own an unlocked Verizon phone and would like to use our service.

    We appreciate your interest, however, please note, for BYOD we don't support Verizon devices. We can only activate a Sprint device. For additional information, you may check this support article.

    Be advised, for GSM network (SIM cards), you need an unlocked GSM phone and our sim to start a service. Our SIM cards are compatible with GSM unlocked devices running on Android 4.3 or + / iOS 8.2 or higher. Check out this other support article for additional information.
