I received the Premium Sim in the mail, then I reached the page to transfer my existing account number to the Premium Sim, but nothing happens when I clicked the "Start Transfer" button. Somehow I activated the sim and got a new number assigned to me outside my area code. So, I cancelled that account.
I was glad to see another post with the same problem that you are going to help get their plan changed over. I just need another Premium Sim in order to get my current plan to Premium Voice or can you reactivate my Premium Sim with my current number and plan?
I really hope you can get this fixed.
