Voicemail not working on iPhone using premium sIm

    Thank you for contacting us here, we'll gladly take a look into your inquiry.

    We've verified the account associated with your profile and we're able to see the account is currently active and in good standing.

    Be advised, Visual Voicemail is supported on the Premium Voice service if your phone has a visual voicemail application already installed on the phone. If not you can also dial 1 on your phone to listen to your voicemails.

    Additionally, please note, you will need to make sure to turn off all permissions from the Unreal Mobile application or if you prefer you can completely uninstall. Completely uninstalling the app may result in loss of text message history.

    Please feel free to perform a soft reset by simply powering off and on your device to ensure everything is synchronizing accordingly.

    However, should this not be the case and you continue to experience any issues, we've created a support ticket for you please reply there and we will gladly look into the account. :)
