Service Does Not Work

I Purchuchased yestaday the SIM card kit and followed all the imstrucstions on it, but stills not working. Phone IS uncloked (android) and checked on website that was activated, but even after inserting APN, cannot connect. Tried to repeat severeal times, reboot, wait 5 hours, change slot card, but nothing worked. Please, whats is worng? Need solution ASAP, I'm traveling just for a few days. Opened a ticket request, but didn't get an answer either, even asking for urgency.

    Another ticked was created? Beacause I already had opened one like I described. Further more, still had no response or any email contact so far. What is the time limit to be resolve it?
