After 37 email exchanges with Unreal without a resolution to my problem, I have concluded that sometimes a company can operate on profit margins that are too lean. In my view, Unreal would be better company if it raised prices so that it could hire more live, english speaking agents and train them better.
I was with AT&T a good while before switching to Unreal and realize now what I paid for at AT&T -- somebody that would answer the phone and help me. Pretty basic huh? Not to Unreal, however.
So, having said this, I fully expect someone at Unreal to answer this post as if everything is perfectly fine -- trust me, it's not. It's a total spin. This company will go out of business because inept technology and poorly trained people simply do not work in a modern economy. You have to be really good at one or the other and this company is struggling with both based on my personal experience. Perhaps your experience is different. Hopefully, it is.
Nevertheless, here is the good news -- free markets eventually take care of the under performers by putting them out of business, leaving only the best and brightest to serve the rest of us.
