I rarely use the phone and it is most of the time off. When I turn it on, I always get the message to put in my phone number and password. I tried to put it in, but it didn't work. I tried resetting the phone and it did nothing. My bill was paid on or about 1-15-2020 and I have not had service. It's bad enough when the phone doesn't work when I need it (it does eventually start working but I don't know how) and now it won't work at all. If I don't get some help, I will just cancel the service since no one gets the number since it works so rarely (it works well when it does start working and I am in a good service area) so I won't care if I cancel. I will make a credit card complaint to get my money back if this is not resolved quickly. I don't care about the month I already lost but I will not continue with this. It may be better to just purchase a new card and restart my service. I don't want to lose my saved data.
