    It is our understanding you're not receiving text messages. We apologize for the inconvenience experienced and for our delayed response.

    We've carefully reviewed the account associated with your profile and we're able to confirm your account is active and in good standing. 

    In an attempt to get this problem resolved, we've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly.  Please power cycle your phone. Once your device is back on, refresh the Unreal Mobile Messaging app by following the instructions provided here:

    1) Remove the UNREAL Mobile app and turn off your phone for two minutes. *Please be advised all SMS will be lost at uninstalling and reinstalling Unreal Mobile Messaging app.

    2) Remove and Reinstall the SIM card and turn your phone back on. 

    3) Set APN by following these steps.

    4) Reinstall the UNREAL Mobile app by downloading it from Google Store

    5) Sync Account Data, following these steps.

    6) Make sure your device's Operating System is updated to it's latest version. 

    Once you've performed these steps verify if you're able to receive text messages and please let us know what the results are.

    I could not receive text messages as well. I have done those steps, but it did not help.

    We're sorry to learn this, we want to provide you the best assistance and resolve this for you as soon as possible. 

    it is our understanding you've been unable to receive text messages to line associated with phone number ending in 4550. We've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly. 

    In order to help resolve this issue, we would advise you to perform a soft reset to your device, then uninstall and reinstall the Unreal Mobile messaging application. *Please note, there's a chance text messages might get lost upon uninstalling the app.

    -Please configure APN settings by following these steps.

    -Finally, please go ahead and synchronize your account data by following these other steps.
