I never received my new SIM-card, that I ordered on 1/10/2020. Account email: XXXXXXXXXX@gmail.com, new telephone number: 1XXX-XXX-0240. After trying to get on contact with a sales associate, and calling your phone number (which doesnt ever offer any help, nor an option to contact anyone btw) I'm left trying to write a ticket here. Please get back to me asap.
