This is a follow up for technical assistance.
The problems, persistent for more than the last 30 days, with texting messages have improved somewhat but text messaging problems remain. Text messaging was working fine for more than 6 months initially after I first signed up with UM.
I am now able to send BASIC text messages and receive text messages. However, there are problems in sending and receiving GROUP text messages.
When a GROUP distribution message is sent, the GROUP attributes are not maintained at the receiving end. As a result: When the receiving party replies to the received msg (SUPPOSE TO BE A GROUP), the reply msg only got sent to the ORIGINAL sender and NOT to ALL PARTIES IN THE GROUP. This is unacceptable and cause all kind of confusion and misunderstandings among parties in the GROUP...
UM technical supports needs to rise to the occasion and fix this persistent text messaging problem.
