    Be advised, our SIM cards are compatible with GSM unlocked devices running on Android 4.3 or + / iOS 8.2 or higher. We would recommend you to verify if your device is compatible. 

    We've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly. 

    In order to help resolve this issue, we would advise you to perform a soft reset to your device, then uninstall and reinstall the Unreal Mobile messaging application. *Please note, there's a chance text messages might get lost upon uninstalling the app.

    -Please configure APN settings by following these steps.

    -Finally, please go ahead and synchronize your account data by following these other steps.

    Once you've done this please attempt to use data connection, confirm if the issue persists, if it does, let us know if you are seeing an error message of any sort on your end, please be sure to send us a screenshot or let us know what you see.

    Also, could you please be so kind as to confirm your device's make and model as well as the version of the Operating System you're running on it?
