    We apologize for the inconveniences experienced.

    Unreal Mobile is a VoIP service. VoIP stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol. Essentially, it means data, or the internet is used for calling and texting instead of the cellular network.

    Therefore, instead of requiring hardwired phone lines, audio (meaning your voice when you are speaking to someone on your phone) is digitally converted into data and sent over the internet to your person receiving your call.

    The Unreal Mobile application is required for your service to work. Upon reviewing the account associated with your profile we're able to see you're using an iPhone device. In this case, you need to use the UNREAL Mobile App for BOTH calling and texting, NOT the phone's dialer. Check out this support article for more information.

    We've carefully reviewed the account and we're able to see it is active and in good standing, however, in an attempt to get this problem resolved, we've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly. 

    Please power cycle your phone. Once your device is back on, refresh the Unreal Mobile Messaging app by following the instructions provided here:

    1) Remove the UNREAL Mobile app and turn off your phone for two minutes. *Please be advised all SMS will be lost at uninstalling and reinstalling Unreal Mobile Messaging app.

    2) Remove and Reinstall the SIM card and turn your phone back on. 

    3) Set APN by following these steps.

    4) Reinstall the UNREAL Mobile app by downloading it from App Store

    5) Sync Account Data, following these steps.

    6) Make sure your device's Operating System is updated to it's latest version.
