Good afternoon. I am contacting you because I was charged $20 even though online it said a payment of $10 wasn't due until January 3. I tried cancelling my account but all that did was cancel the service; the payment is still there. So I was charged and I can't even use the phone. I've tried contacting you guys via phone, and I have not been able to reach a live representative other than the sales department who refuses to help. They just keep transferring me to the automated system over and over again. This is ridiculous!
