I am having an issue. I ported my phone number to another provider. I was told by my new provider the port was complete. Now that Unreal cancelled my account, I cannot receive phone calls with my new provider. I am told Unreal did not release my phone number. After a few days, it should have been released.
Whats more, Unreal does not have a customer service department. All options on the phone tell me to go online. I get to sales, and they lie to me and say there is a live chat at support.unrealmobile.com. There is no live chat or customer service department.
I need my phone number released to H2O NOW. Not when you feel like it. I need to receive phone calls NOW. Waiting for so long is unacceptable. Refusing to release the number is worse.
I dont care what you have to do, release my number.
