I purchased a sim card through Target. I purchased a $10 plan from the website, ported my phone number in, installed the app. I was unable to use the service to make calls. The app kept crashing after opening it. I finally got a call through but the person on the other end could not hear me due to the call quality.
For these reasons, I ported my phone number to a different provider in less than a week of having the service. Please issue a refund for the subscription I paid for.
