I opened the ticket 2204 am about issue with transferring # on 6/12 9:59 . Since then I updated the ticket a few times with the new information . But all I received back were robotics messages Your request (xxxx) has been updated. No actual reaction from the UM support yet.
The phone #XXX.XXX.7325 does not provide access to the support personnel neither- it is just voice recording.
Hopefully posting the message here will get attention from UM support
