I switched to unreal mobile and ported my number over. I received a confirmation notice saying my number was successfully ported over. Unreal number gave me a number that is not my number that they said was successfully ported over. The service with the new number I did not want worked for half a day and has not worked since. I want my old number that I ported over and want the service I paid for to work. Unreal mobile has not responded to the ticket request I put in 4 days ago and the sales department hangs up on me.
