I have already reached out to Unreal regarding the issue. My support ticket is 2237 and 2272, it was created over 48 hours ago yet I have not heard anything back from Unreal. Looking at the forum here makes me realize that this is a very common issue. I tried calling but was unable to reach a live representative and was constantly referred back to the website.my new Carrier already sent unreal multiple port-in request but no response Please assist me in porting out my number before I take further action. Thank you.
