I have already reached out to Unreal regarding the issue.
My support ticket is 2150, it was created over 72 hours ago yet I have not heard anything back from Unreal and it has not been assigned yet.
Looking at the forum here makes me realize that this is a very common issue.
I tried calling but was unable to reach a live representative and was constantly referred back to the website.
Please assist me in porting out my number before I take further action.
