this is so frustrating. I want to port out my number. I got all the info from my account to port out. When other carrier uses the same info, they are getting error while porting out that Address number not matching. I raised the concern to unreal cust support. Unfortunately, they gave me all the info and noticed that my shipping/billing address is actual but in Account address, they have just put my zipcode from different state. I asked cust serv to fix the account address same as billing address. they are not doing it and closing the ticket without making any change. Begging them so many times but not supporting.
what kind of cust support is this? I read many posts that many people having port out issue and eventually they ended up losing their number.
they just reply once a day which is not even helpful and at the end, i end up losing my whole day. Nobody to even talk as well.
did anybody else faced the same issue?
