Unable to receive texts
CompletedWe are unable to receive any texts through the app. We have followed the directions online to synchronize the phone number with the app and nothing works. We have attempted to delete the app and reload it and re-configure it and nothing has worked and we are unable to get in touch with anyone at unreal mobile. We can call and receive calls and send texts but I do not get any texts.

We’re more than willing to help you resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We've verified the account associated with your profile, phone number ending in 1230.
In an attempt to get this problem resolved, we've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly.
Please power cycle your phone. Once your device is back on, refresh the Unreal Mobile Messaging app by following the instructions provided here:
1) Remove the UNREAL Mobile app and turn off your phone for two minutes. *Please be advised all SMS will be lost at uninstalling and reinstalling the Unreal Mobile Messaging app.
2) Remove and Reinstall the SIM card and turn your phone back on.
3) Set APN by following these steps.
4) Reinstall the UNREAL Mobile app by downloading it from Google Store/App Store.
5) Sync Account Data, following these steps.
6) Make sure your device's Operating System is updated to it's latest version.
Once the troubleshooting is done:
-Using only Cellular data, attempt to make a test text from another phone number.
-After this, again attempt a test text, this time using WiFi.
If the issue persist, please:
-Could you please be so kind as to confirm your device's model as well as the version of the Operating System you're running on it?
-Can you please confirm if you're having issues receiving texts while using WiFi or cellular data, or both?
-If you are seeing an error message of any sort on your end, please be sure to send us a screenshot or let us know what you read.

Okay, I tried to follow everything that was suggested above and I'm still not able to receive texts at my 6090 number. Here is the info for the phone:

Hardware version: REV1.1
Software version: G960U1UEU7CSK1/G960U1OYM7CSK1/G960U1UEU7CSK1I am having problems receiving texts both on wifi and off of wifi. I am not receiving any error messaged though. Everything else with data and calls are working, I'm just not getting texts. Thanks
