I am living in New Zealand and came to Salt Lake City for 2 weeks from 21st October until 01 Nov 2019.
I bought a Unreal Mobile Sim from Target and could not activate it as it would present the app on my PlayStore.
I checked with an American national and they could download the app. Hence I was unable to use the sim. I also purchased a $10 Data pack as that was the need for the American Sim.
Now I have been charged for the first and the second month but havent used your service.
Can you please refund my money please.
